OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHERS FROM ROMANIA AND CHINA
"Euro Foto Art" Gallery, the Exhibition Center of the International Federation of Photographic Art Oradea - Romania hosted on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 16:00, the closing ceremony of the ninth edition of the Chinese Photography Festival in Romania. The event was organized by the International Association "Euro Photo Art" under the auspices of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Romania, as well as under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art, in partnership with the Museum of the Land of Criș - Museum Complex through Oradea Museum. This year's festival was launched due to health restrictions on October 15 and was presented on the platform of the Association's website https://www.eurofotoart.com/efa-photo-festivals/cn... ro-2021 / on which were posted eight exhibitions of Chinese photographers and two joint exhibitions of Romanian and Chinese photographers. During the festivity, the opening of the Exhibition organized by the International Association "Euro Foto Art" in partnership with China Photo Network Online in Zuhai (China) entitled "Romania and China picturesque" and composed of works by photographers from the two countries. The audience physically present in the online space was greeted by Dr. Ioan Ciorba, head of the Oradea City Museum, who appreciated the initiative of organizing this international event, which also included the exhibition of photographers from Romania and China. Next, the photographer, the president of the International Association "Euro Foto Art", presented the bilateral cultural events organized in the two decades of bilateral collaboration, which were materialized through dozens of exhibitions opened in the two countries attended by photographers from Romania and China. . In this partnership, staff participated in 9 creative trips to the most picturesque places in distant China, including the beautiful scenic scenery of Tibet. During the opening, Dr. Ioan Ciorba, the head of the Oradea City Museum, read the congratulatory letter of the E.S to Ambassador Jiang Yu, addressed to the photographer artist Ștefan TÓTH István AFIAP, president of the International Association “Euro Foto Art”. In the message sent, it was appreciated that “In recent years, the Chinese Photography Festival in Romania has become a brand project for China-Romania popular cultural exchanges. On this platform, photography enthusiasts from the two countries communicate with each other with their hearts and value their talents, creating a cultural model of mutual appreciation and common progress. The works of many photographers have penetrated the hearts of the public, showing the charming Romania and China modern, real, alive ”. The musical moments were offered by the representative of the Chamber Group "Duo Varadiensis" from Oradea, Thurzó Sándor József, who performed with great skill on viola several songs from the Chinese repertoire: the folk songs "Floarea Iasmin" and "Step by Step", respectively : "Fugato" by Fu-Tong Wong, "Tibetan Love Song" by Fu-Tong Wong and "South of the Yangtze River" by Fu-Tong Wong.
