CU «Photographic Art Association of Transcarpathia» as part of the watercolor photography project have presented on the 14th of July in the Carpathian FEC exhibition by Yaroslav Dulenko (Ukraine).
Ever since Ukraine´s independence, little attention has been paid to photography compared to painting. For the past 15 years, our Union has been showing the significance and importance of photography in the information space. The combination of graphics and photography in today's exhibition fully reveals the author's artistic potential. I hope that our project today is a worthy contribution to the war on the information front against the Russian aggressor. For example, the visuality of the presented exhibition inspired Ukrainian philosopher, poet and journalist Vasyl Zubach for the creation of optimistic maxims to raise the psycho-emotional state of people, who are fighting for the right to live today – he called the author of exhibition a “conductor” of Uzhhorod uniqueness. Painter Mr. Ivan Didyk was interested in the technique of creating photographic subjects, during the opening ceremony he noted: «I don't know where to start, whether with watercolors or with photographs. In photography, Yaroslav pleasantly surprised me. What does good technology mean in skilled hands! It’s a worth seeing project that helps to look at Uzhhorod in a new way». The exhibition will last till July 28th, 2023.
