Photography Exhibition By Faruk Ibrahimović’
Teardrop by Its Shape, Sea by its Volume
Essay on Faruk Ibrahimović’s photographs collection: water, engine oil, light.
Cohesive forces keep the engine oil in the form of drops or puddle preventing their mixing with water creating thus shapes from which the light reflects in the very moment while repellent and cohesive forces act between the water and engine oil, while drops of the engine oil convert into jewels, just disturbed water clears the outlook and the light transfers changes.
The light reflects as a just created fluid in an incomprehensive manner gained richness of shapes and abundance in riot of colours. Thus, the engine oil drops become, paradigmatically, tear dropsby shape and in a whole image the sea by content – as we like to say when we face miraculous phenomena in life and nature which are equalized although they are quite different in completely the same sense.
Looking at colours through Hubble space telescope we see a chance to discover by photo lens and digital technique the space, nebulas, Milky Way, planets, Black Holes, explosions and swirls of cosmic changes in drops of engine oil, equalizing thus the wonder of colouristic options with the best cut jewels reflecting various colours.
Phenomenally looking, Faruk Ibrahimović emanated on the very spot and in the moment of time with his Nikon, which digital technology has forwarded images to the level of computer processing, his computer and thus, in front of our eyes, escalated those innumerable cosmic scenes in the most imaginative and the most distinct sense.
Faruk Ibrahimović, his invention and creation discover us that wonder we didn’t have an imagination of, as a glittering creation of spirit, skill, beauty and contemporary technical possibilities, his photocomprint process but discovered on the simplest pattern and in the most immediate existing world, transferred by Faruk Ibrahimović’s skilfulness – to his working space of his computer.
