Born in Vollezele (Belgium) on August 9th 1935. Retired official of the Statistical Office of the European Union (Eurostat). Moved to Luxemburg in 1968 for professional reasons.
Honorific Member of the Union Photographique Remoise (France), of the Center of Visual Art "BATANA" in Rovinj (Croatia), of the Fotoclub Buenos Aires (Argentina), of the Fotoclub Villa Alemana (Chile), of the Society of Photographers Howrah (India) and of the Austrian Photographic Society.

Member in various functions of the Photoclub Mamer for 48 years, Also a long-time Member of the Luxemburgish Photographic Federation (FLPA), the FIAP and the PSA now as PSA Country Representative.

Director of the FIAP Patronage Service from 1995 to 2012 included. Started competition photography 1971, especially photo travel slides and monochrome prints.
Judge in more than 250 national and international salons.
