We have some possible postal delay due to Covid-19.
In case of loss or incorrect addresses it is tedious to retrace the postal route
in foreign countries or in another continent and we therefore request the
recipients to immediately confirm receipt of the delivery with invoice number
or salon name/number to the Medal Service.
The Service would like to remind you again, that many Salons order and award bigger
amounts of gold medals instead of a set of three medals as foreseen. Some
organizers additionally ask for more Hon.Mentions Awards instead of the usual
silver and bronze medals is inexplicable.
