CU «Photographic Art Association of Transcarpathia» (Ukraine) and the Association «Euro Foto Art» (Romania) have presented on the 4th of July in The Carpathian FEC the photo exhibition by Paul Bock (USA). This event was organized within the framework of the cooperation between FIAP Exhibition Center Oradea (Romania) and The Carpathian FEC within the project of the Carpathian FIAP Exhibition Center «World supports Ukrainian artists».
President of the Association «Euro Foto Art» Mr. Ștefan TÓTH István was saying during the opening ceremony: «This is not the first important art project created in cooperation between our two FIAP centers. It is great that we are opening today's Paul Bock exhibition in order to support Ukrainian artists on the Independence Day of the USA». The head of the Culture Department of the Uzhhorod city, Ms. Alla Chernobuk, brought thanks to Paul Bock on behalf of the Uzhhorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv – «Thanks from the Uzhhorod City Council for supporting the image of Uzhhorod as one of the 22 photographic centers of the world, for cooperation in the field of culture and art and for the presented exhibition». The musical program was provided by József Sándor Thurzó, a violist from the Sole Fide Community and Cultural Association in Oradea (Romania), who performed «Prayer for Ukraine» (Church Hymn of Ukraine), composed by Mykola Lysenko. The exhibition will last till July 13th, 2023.
